The rule os-specific-00001 should always be fired no matter which source technology is specified, unless it is linux. Reason behind this is: this rule is aiming for OS-specific migration issues, therefore frameworks,libraries and app servers specified in 'source' shouldn't matter. Not sure if that is possible right now though - my thinking behind this is, if a user specifies e.g. source=weblogic and target=eap7 and target=linux, that this rule still should be fired.
