Cloud Readiness Rules create too many matches (Local File Paths)

Cloud Readiness Rules create too many matches.
Three distinct areas have been identified as being 'too noisy' with regard to Cloud Readiness (Logging, Local File Path Names and IP Addresses).
This Bug is to address the second, File paths.
Rather than use a Regex expression to identify every string that looks like a file path, instead report each instance of a file opened.
