Cloud Readiness Rules create too many matches.
Three distinct areas have been identified as being 'too noisy' with regard to Cloud Readiness (Logging, Local File Path Names and IP Addresses).
This Bug is a vehicle to address the first, Logging.
Only report the Logging declaration rather than each time method is called to write to the Log Files.
