    Description

      Bring back complete XML rules for Seam 2 APIs usage.

      This was before as https://github.com/windup/windup-rulesets/blob/2.3.0.Final/rules/javaee/seam/SeamToCDI.windup.xml, but very simple and not updated to WFK 2.7 references. Also without any tests.
