Broken link to EAP documentation

It seems like "paged" EAP documentation has changed URL so some links in rules (e.g. https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-jboss-enterprise-application-platform/7.0/paged/configuring-messaging/chapter-3-basic-configuration#connection_factories) are now broken.
Find them and fix with the new link, better if referring to the single page EAP documentation
