Unparsable File Rule doesn't add all file paths

The unparsable file rule doesn't add all file paths:

Cannot unzip the file:
/home/jsightler/project/migration/examples/private/zottner/all_apps/apps/spring.web.flow-1.0.war

This is because of the way it shares a classification, I think.
