Rules request: Hint to replace import for the @WebContext Annotation in EAP 4/5 to EAP 6 migration

As https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/JBoss_Enterprise_Application_Platform/6.2/html/Migration_Guide/sect-Web_Services_Changes.html, the @WebContext annotation is obsolete in EAP 6.

As https://access.redhat.com/solutions/229383, the contextRoot can be set in jboss-web.xml instead the @WebContext annotation.
