I was comparing the reports on jee-example-app using "-target eap:6" and "-target eap:7" today. It looks like all of the differences come from the "environment-dependent-calls" ruleset, which runs when targeting EAP 6 but not when targeting EAP 7. I think these rules should run for the EAP 7 migration path as well (with some possibly having different hints for EAP 7.)
