The migration engineering team will be creating Windup rules to support EAP 5 to 7 migrations.

The migration team will port the existing 5->6 and 6->7 rules to suggest the appropriate transformations for the 5->7 migration path.

New KBase articles will likely be required for some situations where the required changes to migrate from 5->7 are not sufficiently similar to either 5->6 or 6->7.

We will roll out rules as they are available; early projects will require extra effort since rules will not be complete. We'll hope to get some rules contributions from these projects and we'll need some SME support building out the rulesets.
