      • Change "ResolveWebLogicEjbXmlRuleProvider_1" to "mandatory" with an effort of 3. (It could be even better to replace this rule by an XML one and to add more text)

      I don't know much about this rule so it's up to the person who takes this to evaluate whether this should be mandatory.
