Yesterday and Today I took some time to consolidate my current rule-set and to merge it with the latest Windup version. Here is the PR. I had no time to update the various tests. Many changes have been done (effort, description, severity, title, new rules). It was important to me to have clear titles (for example all WebLogic rules' title starts with "WebLogic") and nice descriptions.
