does it make sense to add rules for CDI changes?

There's been some CDI-related changes between EAP 6 and EAP 7. I'm not sure if they can be caught using Windup, but it's something worth [shortly] exploring. For that reason, I'm setting Priority to Minor.

I'd like to acknowledge explicitly that it's entirely possible that this request doesn't make much sense or that it's not feasible to develop such rules. In such case, I agree with rejecting this JIRA.
