We don't appear to have any rules that covers this section of the EAP 7.1 Migration Guide.

Rule #1

I would suggest that we implement a rule that looks for java files whose content has the string

"org.jboss.naming.remote.client.InitialContextFactory" (including the quotes)

The target is eap 7.1 and above

The rule should have an issue category of Potential

Title: Migrate a Naming Client Configuration to Elytron

Message: Migrate a client application that performs a remote JNDI lookup using an org.jboss.naming.remote.client.InitialContext class, which is backed by an org.jboss.naming.remote.client.InitialContextFactory class, to Elytron.
