New technology-usage ruleset to generate the following Tags
Spring Boot Configuration
Spring Boot Auto-configuration
Spring Boot Component Scan

All three tags should be classified as Sustain, Configuration Management and Embedded via the Technology Reports (the Embedded distinction is only visible if you run an analysis with the --legacyReports option).

Also a new rule is required to generate Spring Deployable War issue and technology tag
That technology tag should be classified on the Technology reports as
Execute, Third Party and Embedded.
