Technology metadata with APIs are stored in windup-rulesets to resolve classed on classpath. Right now current solution is not optimal as it bundles jars for technology into windup-rulesets jar artifacts and bumps it to huge size.

With adding more technologies it would be enormous size.

We need to find out another solution to have only manifest or pom.xml with dependencies(GAVs) to download for Windup offline distribution or other purposes.
