Enhance Windup help usage for --packages option

From user feedback session:

Unclear how to provide several packages over the command line. Do I have to separate the packages using “ “ “,” “;” or “:”.

And suggestion is:

Extending the windup help (./windup -help) adding one correct example just in the "-packages" line would be enough.
