Source and Target options are not clear how to use them

Target or source mixes platforms, tags together and it is not clear for end users what and how to use it.

From user feedback session:

Unclear for the user what is the impact. Do you need to select multiple? How do you select multiple? It’s very confusing. Need to change the interactive part here. We need to get this documented.
