In researching an issue with analyzing an existing customer application archive, there was an "abnormal" number of hits on the websphere catch-all rule. As a result, a large number of hints were being added without periodic commits. This results in the analysis taking a very long time. The proposal here is to add these periodic commits at least for the websphere catch-all rule processing. Perhaps there are potentially other instances where this could problematic (e.g. should this be the default for all catch-all rules)
