It would be nice to have windup available in GVM, so installing the latest Windup version would be as simple as running gvm install windup.

In order to register as a Candidate, you must:

1. Create an issue in https://github.com/gvmtool/gvm-cli/issues
2. Get in touch with Marco Vermeulen at vermeulen.mp at gmail.com asking for a consumer_key and consumer_token.

There is a script in https://github.com/forge/scripts/blob/master/forge_gvm.sh which can be reused for this purpose.
