We've noted that Titan DB fails (seemingly randomly) when it can't get a reference to the IP address for localhost.

We could handle this more gracefully by testing the connection to localhost, 127.0.0.1, 192.0.0.1. If we can't resolve it ourselves, we could maybe exit with a message. Otherwise, programmatically configure the IP Address within Titan.
