generated reports on mtr 6.3.0, eclipse 2023-06, mtr cli 1.2.0 cannot be opened in eclipse IDE

currently in order to open them we need to generate the reports locally

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a configuration and run
2. find the report, and try to open it

Actual results

1. once trying to open the report nothing happend, using double click or enter or right click 

Expected results

report should be opened normally
