Camel Target: The target shifts to the right corner and Not able to select different camel target

Camel Target we observe these two issues on MTR build:

1. As soon as we click the dropdown, the target shifts to the right corner
2. Not able to select different camel target (except 3.21) as well

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new project using any application
2. Navigate to the Select transformation target
3. Click on Camel Target>> Try to select different targets from dropdown list
4. As soon as we click the dropdown, the target shifts to the right corner and Not able to select different camel target (except 3.21) as well
