We need to update the Web UI Transformation targets so that openjdk21 is available in the dropdown list. And openjdk21 is the target passed to the backend. 

Update the last sentence of the description to say.

Migrate to OpenJDK 11, OpenJDK 17 or OpenJDK 21.

We can leave the default as OpenJDK 17.

Change the wording on the EAP panel to

Upgrade to the latest Release of EAP 7, or EAP 8, or migrate your applications to JBoss EAP from a competitor's Enterprise Application server. 

Note the subtle change of wording and the positioning of the apostrophe.

The default can remain eap7.

Please remove all New labels in any of the transformation target boxes.
