      More specificity regarding the overriding of rules. As well as matching on RuleSetId and RuleID the Ruleset Target and Execution Target must also be considered. This will allow us to repurpose many of the Microsoft Azure rules for technology discovery, but still have Azure versions of those rulesets executed when the user nominates an Azure target. There are lots of Azure rules that are very relevant to migrating Java workloads onto OCP.

       

      Minor changes to the Rules development Guide regarding how to override a ruleset.
