Recent releases of Eclipse are configured for JDK17.
We have to provide detailed instructions (comment) how to configure Eclipse for JDK 11

With release 1.1 of MTR it is now possible to run an analysis using Java 17.
MTA 6.2 will have that capability too (Release date 31st July).
So we need to update the Eclipse Plugins so they are compatible with JDK17.

Not for inclusion in MTA 6.2 rather a later release of MTA.

It is for inclusion in MTR 1.2
