Edit Project : Need to click twice the "Save" button to edit a project

      Description of problem:
      When editing an existing project, in case the user edits the project's name and clicks "Save" - nothing happens, and the "Save" button should be clicked again to continue to the next step

      Versions:
      MTR 1.1.0

      How reproducible:
      On Slow connections like OCP, or by choosing Slow 3g connections in browser inspect tools.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Edit an existing project using the kebab menu (three-dots)
      2. Edit the project name and right after that, click on the "Save" button.

      Actual results:
      Nothing happens and need to press again on "Save" button to save the edits made.

      Expected results:

      The project name should be edited and the dialog box should close.
