New reports: Rules report is missing the ruleset ID

      The new "Rules" report is missing the ruleset ID information (it reports only the phase and the rule's ID).
      The ruleset information is particularly useful for java rules where the rule's ID is autogenerated and the ruleset's ID is fundamental to know where a rule is coming from.

      Let's add the "Ruleset" column (searchable) between "Phase" and "ID" columns to report such information.

       

      Example: MarkupFileMappingRuleProvider rule provider adds 3 "FileMapping" rules.
      In the old reports, it was clear those 3 rules were coming from that class

      In the new Rules reports, the MarkupFileMappingRuleProvider information is missing
