      "Incidents found" column collapses with the "Hint" column in new PF4 reports, in the case when the new advanced option "Skip source code reports" is enabled in Analysis configuration.

      Steps used to reproduce:

      1. Created a project with App -> https://github.com/windup/windup-ui-tests/blob/main/cypress/fixtures/applications/AdministracionEfectivo.ear
      and target -> eap8

      2. Also, set the advanced option "Skip source code reports" to enable.

      3. Run an analysis.

      4. Navigate to the Issues page and open issues with multiple incidents.
