      The Lucene Index of known software artifacts is used by Windup to distinguish between application logic and known software artifacts.
      We have become aware of some missing entries.

      There appears to be more than one problem:
      1. Missing SHA1 data for the jar file of interest - for example
      https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.aspectj/aspectjrt/1.9.6
      aspectjrt-1.9.6.jar

      2. 'Complete' data from maven central, but the lucene index is not populated with the https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.springframework.boot/spring-boot-starter-web/2.7.9
