Description of problem

Created an application and added Custom rules. Then in Advanced options provided the Excluded rules tags and run the analysis.
Observed in Report that the tag is not been excluded.

How reproducible

(Always/Intermittent)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. step 1 Create an application
2. step 2 In Custom rules tab then click on Add rules and upload rule (attached below the rules)
3. step 3 In Advance options then in Excluded rules tags mention the "tag" and click on add
4. step 4 Run Analysis and wait till Analysis Complete
5. step 5 Open Report and in Application details tab observe the Tags

Tags are not excluded

Tags should be excluded

Additional info

Note: Also mentioned in Excluded rules tags the applications pre-existing tags ex. Java source or Spring web etc. but the tags are not excluded. We can still see them in reports.
