Related to bug WINDUP-3513 and the package selection functionality within the Web UI.

Currently the Web UI guide has a single instruction regarding package selection.

9. Select packages and click > to include them in the analysis. 

Which is ambiguous (at best).

To make the Web UI consistent with the default behaviour of the CLI we have made some changes to the package selection. To reflect this in the documentation we need to replace point 9.

9. Package selection

The package selection screen show the packages on the left hand side that are known libraries and will, by default, be excluded from the analysis. The packages on the right side will be analyzed. If you do not need to make any changes then click on the Next button to advance to the next step in the analysis configuration.

To fine tune the package selection criteria, toggle the switch above the Included packages panel to On and use the arrow buttons to manage which packages will be included in the analysis.
