Description: When trying to create a project and add applications to it, the UI stucks at the package Discovery page and user is unable to move forward to create the project.

How to reproduce?

1. Login to Windup Web console

2. Create any project (for example: test) using the "Create Project" button under the "Projects" tab and move to the Add Applications step.

3. Upload any application to analyse.

4. Move to the next page and choose any transformation target 

Expected behaviour: It should be able to discover and fetch the packages in the application.

Actual behaviour: Ui unable to fetch and discover packages and gets stuck at the same page.
