      when trying to run analysis with VScode (MTA/MTR):

      Unable to determine windup-cli version:
      Command failed: "/home/amos/.config/Code/User/globalStorage/redhat.mtr-vscode-extension/.windup/tooling/vscode/windup-cli/windup-cli-6.0.0.Final/bin/windup-cli" --version

      running from terminal has no issues, and the command returns 0 as expected"
