Update attribution for Red Hat Standard Icons

Windup uses the Red Hat Standard Icons library for the migration path selection screen in the Web Consoloe and the Technology Report in the Static Reports. These icons are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. If we redistribute these icons, Red Hat should be given attribution.

The "About" page for both the Web Console and the Static Reports should be updated to include the following text, including the links to the different assets and websites:
