Related to WINDUP-3360 the intention is to add capability to WINDUP so that it can intuitively consume whatever inputs are presented to it. So with a single analysis, that has a mixture of project (source) folders and binaries it can analyze all of the inputs with the need for the user to specify sourceMode.

So please add to Appendix A of the CLI Guide against the --sourceMode argument a note states:

This argument has been deprecated. MTR can intuitively consume whatever inputs are presented to it. There is no longer the need to specify the sourceMode argument. In addition project (source) folders can be analyzed with binary inputs within the same analysis execution.

Web UI Guide, section 3.1, step 15, sourceMode add the same note defined above.
