The Web UI Guide has to change as a consequence of the keycloak overlay being removed. Consequently the default user experience is an anonymous, so the user does not have to enter a user id and password to use the web console.

Authentication can be configured and enabled and the guide must be updated to reflect that.

The rebranding task (WINDUP-3428) should be applied first then the changes specified below.

Section 2.1 point 3.

By default no authentication is required. If you wish to enable authentication then follow the steps in section 4 before starting the web console.
