      Add the two new Azure targets to the IDE Plugins and extensions.

      The two new transformation paths are EAP to azure-apservice and springboot to azure-aks.

      So azure-apservice and azure-aks need to appear in the list of targets.

      eap7 must be an available in the list of sources (springboot is already listed as a source).
