      Add the two new Azure targets to the Web UI.

      The two new transformation paths are EAP to azure-apservice and springboot to azure-aks.

      So azure-apservice and azure-aks need to be visible in a drop down on the azure 'card'.

      eap7 must be an available source in the source drop down on the advanced options screen.
