I downloaded the MTA Web ZIP file and extracted it to my "Documents" directory

I ran the `run_mta.bat` script

During start-up I see several errors (see attached console log output)

Once the application shows as "started", opening the URL to localhost:8080 results in several exceptions and an error page.
