      In order to provide Analysis history information from Tackle Hub, MTA needs to provide a extract file summarizing the analysis results metrics.
      The format of that file is TBC (json, yml, etc.) with the Tackle-hub team. The file will contain 1 record per application. Each record will contain the Application Name and the number of incidents and story points broken down by Incident category.

            Latest push to the PR should fix the bug with missing file analysis, caused by WINDUPRULE-940

            mbrophy The automated tests are still failing.

            I have built the cli locally and ran this test

            ./windup-cli --input /home/pcattana/Downloads/40SampleApps/AdministracionEfectivo.ear --output $HOME/MTA_Output/Administracion --target eap:7 cloud-readiness --exportSummary

            The summary json file content looked fine to me and reconciles with the report. 

            I need to do some more tests but s far, so good.
