This task covers the analysis / investigation work required to look into how most elegantly to provide a functional solution to the requirement.
The solution must consider the UX for both the CLI and Web UI.
It presume it is not applicable to the Maven Plugin (as MTA will analyze the resultant binary that will include all of the dependencies) and not applicable to the IDEs as they only manage source projects.
