      We need to update the Transformation targets screen to
      1. Remove (comment out) all of the red icons that are no longer approved for use
      2. Raise the profile of some rulesets:

      • Open JDK8 to 11 (target openjdk11)
      • WebSphere to OpenLiberty (target openliberty)
      • jakarta-EE (target jakarta-ee)
