      Create a Alpha2 Build of MTA for QE to run their regression tests.
      The purpose is to test the recent updates to MTA (dependency updates and the Analyze Known Libraries features).
      We should have analysis reslts parity with 5.2.1.Final or be able to explain the delta through improvements to MTA (not analyzing pom.xml files in embedded libraries and new rules)
