Problems using Custom Rules with Web UI

On testing the 5.3.0 Snapshot that has been upgraded to use EAP 7.4.3 I have encountered some issues with the custom rules.
The first time I tried to analyze the AdministracionEfectivo test application the analysis failed. Claiming there were duplicate custom rules even though I had only uploaded a single custom rule file containing 1 rule (see screenshots).

I created a new project for each test and sometimes the custom rule attached to the previous project was getting executed for the current project, but the custom rule for the current project was not referenced at all.

Obviously we have to ensure any custom rule sources and targets are available to be selected on the advanced option screen.
