Set up Travis CI - automatic PR testing

      I wanted to do something with the fact that some PR's fail, and it's tedious to test each manually, and ineffective to kill one's machine for an hour with the testsuite.

      Before installing Lightning, I gave Travis a try:
      https://travis-ci.org/profile/windup

      It needs a config file in the project's root.
      Let's see how it works.
