Import windup rulesets project in IntelliJ IDE

Create new run configuration for MTA

Provide rules-reviewed->quarkus1->quarkus1-12->tests directory as source

Select target as quarkus 1

Run analysis and wait for it to complete

Expand the analysis and right click on issues -> "Show issue details"

After running an analysis in IntelliJ, the issue details do not open and instead show a pop up error.

Expected Result - Issue details should open

Actual Result - Error pop-up
