When an analysis is run using source mode on an application source directory that happens to have the target subdirectory, all its contents are added to the analysis scope, leading to duplicates in the results.

The target subdirectory should always be excluded from the analysis scope, not only because of the duplicates, but also because it may contain outdated information that could lead to misleading results.
