      A task to investigate the practicality of creating a new feature with the IDEs to apply all Quickfixes at a project level rather than at a source member level.

      With the Javax to jakartaee migration path there are many rules that have quickfixes and it is imperative that the application of those quickfixes is as slick as possible.
