[MTA IDE Plugin] New configuration button is hidden on initial load (Eclipse CHE)

      1. Load Eclipse CHE workspace, such that windup ruleset project is present
      2. On the left sidebar, click on MTA plugin icon
      3. On the panel next to the sidebar, look for new configuration button ( a plus, + sign)
      4. The plus sign does not appear immediately
      5. Click on MTA icon on left side bar twice
      6. The plus sign (new configuration) appears

      While creating a new configuration for MTA plugin in Eclipse CHE, the "+" sign/button denoting the new configuration is invisible, on clicking the MTA plugin from left sidebar once.

      The button does not appear, unless we click on the sidebar MTA icon twice (sometimes thrice).

      This abrupt behaviour degrades the UI experience for user.

       

      Expected Result - On clicking the MTA plugin icon on left sidebar, the new configuration + button should appear

       

      Actual Result - On clicking the MTA plugin icon on sidebar, the new configuration + button does not appear on single click
