Clean up doc repo

Clean up the windup documentation repo:

• Cull obsolete images
• Cull obsolete modules
• Ensure module IDs are compliant (id=file name, hyphens between elements, underscore before context attribute).
  Example:

[id='adding-xml-rule_{context}']

• Ensure that all docs build correctly and render
• Install and run link checker at regular intervals
